Question 1

How do I verify an IDA grant text or email?

Accepted Answer

Pause and check this page. Email support@idagrantprogram.com with who contacted you and what they asked. We will confirm whether it matches an official file. The official website is idagrantprogram.com.

Question 2

What are the official IDA email addresses?

Accepted Answer

Official support and verification: support@idagrantprogram.com. Application receipts: IDA Applications at apply@idagrantprogram.com. After a coordinator is assigned to your file, follow-up comes from Helen Marsh at helenmarsh@idagrantprogram.com.

Question 3

Does IDA ask for passwords or payment to release a grant?

Accepted Answer

No. We will never ask for your email or banking passwords. If anyone claiming to represent us demands passwords, ignore them and write support.

Question 4

What if the message used a name or title that sounded official?

Accepted Answer

Names and titles alone do not prove a message is real. Confirm the sender address against this page — support@idagrantprogram.com for support and verification, apply@idagrantprogram.com for application receipts, and helenmarsh@idagrantprogram.com for assigned-coordinator follow-up. When in doubt, email support@idagrantprogram.com before you act.
